I was assisted by a lady who goes by the name of Zintle she saved a customer as I had told myself that I don’t want to be saved I wanted to cancel. She managed to convince me to stay with Platinum Life. She was gentle, sweet and humble. She took her time in explaining everything to me and she was thoughtful that I don’t understand all the terms that they use so she took her time to explain it to me easily that I understood.
