I was amazed, surprised and overwhelmed by the excellent client service I experienced with Platinum since I started out dealing with them....always friendly, walk an extra mile to accomodate my needs there is not enough words in the dictionary to explain. I am 66 years old and have cancelled a couple of insurance policies due to lack of their knowledge and none aftercare service. Once your debit order is signed you become an "income number" which is not the case with Platinum. Thanks to Platinum
