I was about to cancel the policy due to financial difficulties
I was about to cancel the policy due to financial difficulties. Roxanne assisted me, and with her professional demeanor, she assisted me with a reduced premium, retaining me as a client, and enabling me to continue with this valued cover and continue with my current policy which I have already had for 11 years.
