I wanted to put my policy on hold due to financial reasons . There was a gent who contacted me yesterday and explained I have a flexi cover and my installments can be lowered until I am financially steady. I did not know those, so instead of termination, I kept the policy at a lower rate . I'm still covered and feel at ease. Amazing service. iv been with platinum for over 8 years, I think .
