I wanted to cancel my policy because my bank is offering something more or less the same. I was contacted by one of the amazing agents who made me see things with a different light. To her it was not all about keeping me attached with the policy but because she cared and wanted to make sure i make the right decision regardless. Of which i did and im happy.
