I WANT MY PREMIUMS BACK!
I have a cancer cover with you guys and lost my job. I called in to cancel the policy and request a refund of my premiums but was told I am not getting a single cent back. I have had this cover for 5 years and to think nothing gets refunded is disheartening. For someone who is unemployed even just getting the past year's premiums back would make a huge difference and once I am back on my feet, I know I will cover myself with you guys, no doubt. I really wish it was different.
