I want my personal details to be removed from the system
I just received a call today regarding a free promotional gift awarded to me since a friend of mine nominated me. I was polite on the phone with the employee and exchanged some of my personal details that I currently don't feel comfortable with doing. I would like my details to be removed from the system please for closure purposes. If any policies are activated in my name without my consent then I will be taking matters further.

I would advise that you perhaps consider assessing your business model, more specifically, your method of attracting new clients. I personally feel that divulging such sensitive information via phone call is quite intrusive and leaves one feeling uncomfortable. Once again, thanks for the clarity and your help. Have a great day.
