I usually have a love/hate relationship with Platinum Life. Their advisers always try and get you to accept policy upgrades even though you say you are not interested. However after a recent premium increase, I phoned Platinum Life and spoke to Riona. I told her what my problem was, she provided me with 2 options and explained the benefits of each option. I chose an option, and within seconds my premium was adjusted and I received my new policy documents.
