I took out the policy and wasn't able to afford the premiums, I thus emailed platinum life to cancel my policy, however I got a call from Chene, an agent and she advised me a way better option. She advised that I take a premium break and offered me an affordable cover of R70 per month which is more than I expected, I anticipated to cancel the policy, however now I'm still covered under a lesser premium. I am grateful for this service.
