I spoke to Joni who was assisting me with a request to cancel my policy with platinum Life due to a very tight financial situation. Joni was very understanding, she was empathetic to my situation. She came up with a way to relieve me for now (by having a resting period in place) so that I do not lose out on the benefits that I had already accumulated with Platinum Life. She was the best.
