I spoke to a lady and she took time to send me my documents and I called in and canceled,then Vincent came through and explained what my benefits are and I took the right decision and here I am a platinum plus one added family and that is me thank you so much Vincent for taking care of us nee members viva Vincent😁😁👍🏽👍🏽💯
