I sent and email to Platinum Life whereby I received a prompt response from Elnakarien Reinach. In her email response, she was professional and polite. Not persuasive and accepted my decision because of my present positive. She assisted me and cancelled the upgrade with no change in her manner and even mentioned that I could contact Platinum life for any queries. Normally when the 'Service Provider's proposal is not accepted, their attitude changes. Thank you Elnakarien for your professionalism and understanding.
