I sent an email on 27 Nov (Yesterday) to ask for the schedule of benefits for 2023 and 2024 of my policy because I did not receive any documents from Platinum Life
I sent an email on 27 Nov (Yesterday) to ask for the schedule of benefits for 2023 and 2024 of my policy because I did not receive any documents from Platinum Life. Junita van Coller, a Client Care Consultant, Email Division immediately attended to my enquiry. I received an email from her today with the information that I need. A very big thank you to her and Platinum Life can be very proud of her. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!
