I send an email to cancel my policy with Platinum Life, they acknowledged my email and called back. I explained my reason for cancelation. This is due to financial reasons when I will retire in two years time then I will not be able to pay my policy. The lady explained to me there are options that the monthly premium can be reduced. I have the policy since 2013 and that I will get half of my premiums back at at 65, if I cancel I will forfeit all that. A person doesn't read the fine print where all this is stipulated. I am so grateful that Platinum Life explained this to me, I didn't know about it. They saved me a lot of money even if I do not get cancer. Thank you Platinum Life, forever grateful 🙏 🥲
