I received phone call from consultant to increase cover and premium and even though I said could not afford it he went ahead
I received phone call from consultant to increase cover and premium and even though I said could not afford it he went ahead. Phoned platinum life and spoke to Zanele who immediately cancelled the increase and set premium back to what I was paying. Zanele was so helpful and understanding. Truly a pleasure to deal with.
