I received an SMS yesterday to accept a debit order mandate, but nothing came through
I received an SMS yesterday to accept a debit order mandate, but nothing came through. I phoned Platinum Life and a very friendly Chrysanthea Pillay answered my call. After a few mandatory identification questions, she managed to send me the Debit order mandate SMS. In no time it was done and dusted👌🏻💫✨
