I received a call from one of their consultants, RoxanneG, regarding my the upgrade of my Policy's monthly payment
I received a call from one of their consultants, RoxanneG, regarding my the upgrade of my Policy's monthly payment. We reached an agreement and the matter was resolved. She was very friendly, informative and understanding in my reasons regarding the premium upgrade. I give her a 5 star rating for excellent service. Well done, RoxanneG!
