I received a call from one of Platinum Life's consultants by the name of Anke Erasmus regarding my Cancellation process. She was super friendly as well as patient with me. She thoroughly explained to me what I needed to be informed about, anyway overall a lovely consultant indeed🫡🌟🫶🏻.
