I phoned Platinum life re my cancer cover and spoke to Tabita. She was amazing. Friendly, efficient and just an absolute joy to communicate with. I had to cancel my upgrade and she was extremely helpful. Also needed to change my date of my debit order and was still enquiring how to do it and she said it was done. She was amazing.
