I notified via Email to Platinum Life that I would like to change my debit orde date from the 1st of every month to the 15th/16th due to my new salary date change to the 15th/16th. It was within 24 hours when I received an email confirmation back that the debit order date was changed as effective immediately which was a pleasant surprise since I expected the request to have been to late to change it for the current month.
