I liked to give a fantastic 10/10 to Elnakarien Reinach for attending to my query in a friendly, efficient manner and for using my preferred method of communication. She understood my need from the get-go and there was no need to re-explain my situation. Elnakarien is a superstar and a great ambassador for Platinum Life and definitely deserves all the accolades for her 5-star service!
