I like it when I contact Platinum life that they always get back to me and give me options, but I wonder if they will be able to give one money back one day, not when I am 65, cause I don't know if I will live till the age of 65, with the life style of today, cause the lady says if I die, even if I did not claim, my family gets nothing from Platinum unless my husband continues to pay the premium I pay each month, and I started with my payment many many years ago, and I am glad that Platinum made this whatsapp available, it will be easy for me to communicate to them, cause I am not that clued up with technology
