I highly recommend Platinum Life. Their customer service is second to none. I thought I had to cancel as I am currently in a tough spot with finances. I sent in a request for cancellation, and then I got a call from Tracy at Platuim Life. Tracy called and helped and explained to me how important the cover is not just for my life and future but for my sons as well. She helped me with a plan that will work for my pocket and still give me great benefits, so I didn't have to cancel. She also explained that I can upgrade my plan if my finances allow it in the future. I give her a 5-star rating as well as Platuim Life.
