I have spoken to Dumi this morning ~ asking for assistance. I did not have my policy number handy, but it was no problem for her. She was extremely kind, super knowledgeable and very helpful. All in a matter of a few minutes. No one knows what another person is going through on a day-to-day basis. Thank you Dumi for being helpful and kind to me this morning - it meant a lot.
