I have recently resigned and will not be able to make my premium payment for the month, as I am waiting for my pensionfund to pay out. I contacted Platinum life, the agent, Lauren Davis, was very helpful and advised me on the how to proceed. I am very happy with the service and feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
