I have my policy at Platinum Life since 2020, and when ever I have a question or even when I was struggling during the pandemic, they are quick to respond . The staff is always very friendly and helpfull. When Jony speaks to me, it feel as if I'm having a conversation with my friend. She is understanding and my request are answered with swift respons.
