I have difficulty continuing with my premiums and wanted to cancel. The lady spoke to me in a very gentle and respectful manner and I could feel this is not only to get over and done with the call. She was so sincere and suggested a lower plan to make sure that I do not loose my cover, and also reminded me for how many years am I having this policy and highlighted the 50percent pay back. I am very grateful for that. Sometimes when a person are in a crisis you do not think straight and clear and do not weigh all your options. I am grateful. Thank you very much!
