I have been with Platinum Life for a very long time and as can be imagined, with the benefit increases and the yearly increases, my monthly premium has increased dramatically over the years. I am now finding it difficult to pay the monthly premium, but after a call to Platinum Life, they have decreased my monthly premium to a more affordable amount for me. The consultant I dealt with was very friendly, understanding and helpful. I would give Platinum Life 5 star rating any day ☺️
