I have been with platinum life for a few years

I have been with platinum life for a few years. Due to financial reasons i was thinking of cancelling my policy and voiced my concerns via email. Juanita phoned me and lowered my premium and explaining very well what the effects are and she also offered me a two month break in payments to help me that little bit financially. She was very understanding and caring throughout our whole communication process.
