I have been experiencing financial constraints and was thinking of cancelling my policy due to affordability. Platinum Life allowed me to take a small break in cover and reduce my premiums (and benefits) so that I would not loose my cash back benefits. I received a call back within a day after my e-mail. The lady who assisted me was very helpful in coming to a solution. I felt I was treated kindly and Platinum Life was prepared to assist me to find a solution.
