I have been a client of Platinum Life for about a year now, and also previously for a few years. Every time I contact them, the staff are super helpful and quick to respond to queries and answer them to the best they can. If they can't get hold of you, they send an email or call at requested times you are available. I have not had to use the cover so cannot comment on the claims process, but their documentation is very clear on what is covered and what the process is. Definitely recommend Platinum Life to anyone looking for affordable cover that makes sense, without all the complicated industry jargon.
