I have been a client for many many years, I am busy with a divorce and fell behind with one premium, I discussed it with Platinum life and received promptly feedback from Denae Smith from the client care consultant - email division and she arranged that I do not have to pay the one month outstanding arrears, I don't think Deane know or have no I idea how much she helped me. In the times that we live, if we lose our compassion for each other, we loose everything. So I would just like to say Thank you Denae and Platinum Life. Magdaleen Haffner.
