I have always had gr8 experience till now

I have always had gr8 experience till now. I tried to lower my premium.. As I am batteling to keep up with payment and I got feed back they can and would lower it. Then the full premium still went off and no relieve was given. So I have no choice but to cancel my policy. I don't want to but just can't afford the high premium anymore, 😭 wish there was something else's we could do. I will loose all the money I have put in over the last 10 yrs. 🫣😔
