I had/have fallen be...
I had/have fallen behind on my monthly premiums due to financial constraints and tough times.. out of the blue I get a call from Nadia from Platinum Life and offering me a payment holiday to ease the pressure… I mean really l!!! Friendly and understanding and knowledgeable of the procedures and was just a pleasant call that made my day and took care of a worry for a month or two. 5 ⭐️
