I had to phone to get an adjustment to my policy
I had to phone to get an adjustment to my policy. I spoke to Chane, she was very friendly and helpful, the adjustment was done quickly, no hassle no bad attitude just efficient and friendly help. I can highly recommend Platinum life for all your health insurance needs.
