I had emailed Platinum Life cause I had upgraded my policy but then after the deduction in December 2023 I soon realised I wouldn't be able to afford it. I emailed to either lower my premium or to cancel my policy were RoxxaneG emailed me and gave me some options. I could then weigh everything up and make a reasonable decision. I would recommend Platinum Life to anyone cause all my dealings with them have always been ex excellent.
