I had a wonderfully pleasant conversation
I had a wonderfully pleasant conversation. The lady was kind, understanding and connected with me on a personal level. She made me feel understood and at the end of the conversation I felt encouraged and hopeful. This was the best interaction I've ever had with a consultant over the phone!
