I had a query about a debit that went off on my account, not knowing it was platinum life, the consultant phoned me immediately to explain why they where debiting my account. I have signed up for cancer cover. She explained to me if I'm going through a financial difficulties they can adjust my premium until I find my feet. I was so happy because I was not losing my policy. Anything can happen anytime with become ill with cancer because it rans I n our family. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
