I had a problem in keeping up with my policy reasons being I have retired n had no income going into my account for my debit orders to come off n I was helped by Jesse n was told not to worry about the previous debit orders n has reduced my premiums from R409 to R120 starting from September ,I was glad that could speak to her n she was very helpful
