I had a pretty personal problem and that I was struggling with, let's say opposing views with my husband about having a policy with your company. However Jesse was more than helpful with offering solutions and alternatives as well as being a great listening ear. He was patient, kind, sympathetic and showed zero judgment. I appreciated the kind words he had to say and the way he dealt with the situation.
