I had a lot of difficulty over the past few months and wanted to just stop my policy with them because i saw no other way out, but then i had a wonderfull lady assisting me. She gave me guidance so i could still continue but at a more affordable price. She was so understanding, professional yet caring that i want to give her the highest rating ever for it.
