I had a difficult with my finances as we know that as government employees don't get increments I decided to cancel it to balance my finances.i received a call a lady explained to me in a very polite manner and she gave me more options not to loose my policy came with conclusion to continue with policy.i would like to thank her she was so professional with me thank u
