I had a challenge with an unpaid premium and the lady who assisted me- Samantha B- was friendly and efficient!! I could not have asked for more
I had a challenge with an unpaid premium and the lady who assisted me- Samantha B- was friendly and efficient!! I could not have asked for more. She was able to access my records and advise on what went wrong and when and also provided me with options on how to fix the issue from my end.
