I got the help that l needed and the assistant was really friendly
I got the help that l needed and the assistant was really friendly. For some reason our call was cut and she made an effort to call again the following day and still with a bubbly voice that made my day. I got to understand a bit more about my policy and ended up not cancelling it, which l intended to do 😅 I am so happy with Platinum Life.
