I got sick and something happend and I contacted them. We made arrangements and was sent a email about what is going to happen. How ever there was something that went wrong and I contacted them. The sincerity in their voices inspired me to take this illness on. The issue was resolved and still they maintained their professionalism and sincerity in how they treated me over the phone and emails.
