I found myself retrenched and unemployed from 2022 January... I continued to pay my policy for as long as I could then gradually I kept reducing my premiums until I could no longer afford to pay. I was very dissapionted at first with the service I recieved from Platinum when I explained over and over that I couldnt afford to pay and was made to feel obliged to pay money i didnt have. I then responded to an email and was given some breathing room and assurance that my policy wouldnt lapse. So Thank you very much for your assistance it really encouraged me when I had no hope left.
