I emailed Platinum Life insurance about an issue with my policy. Theresa from Platinum Life insurance phoned me the next day or a couple of days after I have sent the email. She gave me the necessary information in detail and very quickly as well. The issue was sorted out immediately. What was also awesome is that she was ready with the correct answer when I asked a question. I'm most definitely a very happy policy holder at Platinum Life Insurance.
