I don't mean to do this, but, I haven't received the email I was promised yesterday morning already
I don't mean to do this, but, I haven't received the email I was promised yesterday morning already. I don't know the terms of the policy I was charged for months on. I'd like receive my 50% cash back that I was promised for canceling my previous subscription. I'd like to also know the terms of the new policy I'm enrolled on

Kindly note that your policy commenced in May 2025 and I am unable to locate any previous policies on my side. You spoke to Zintle yesterday to adjust your premium and benefits and I have arranged for an updated schedule to be sent through to you today. This will contain information about your cover and how the policy works
