I didn't know account was in areas until I received an email from Platinum Life

I didn't know account was in areas until I received an email from Platinum Life. I called and spoke to a lady, I forgot her name but she was kind and polite on the phone call. She was very professional 👏 compared to other people that I've interacted with over the phone. But in a nutshell her professionalism was 10/10.
