I dealt with Farhana, she was friendly, kind, and provided another option for me other than canceling my premium which I really didn't want to do but felt I had no option due to financial strain
I dealt with Farhana, she was friendly, kind, and provided another option for me other than canceling my premium which I really didn't want to do but felt I had no option due to financial strain. I've been with platinum for 3 years. I highly appreciate the little gifts along the way as it makes me feel valued and special.
